• Redesigned the OEM 5 lobe pump rotor so that all new rotors are manufactured with a stainless steel core and the lobes under the rubber surface are either stainless or aluminum. By avoiding the use of plastic under the rubber, we eliminate the chance of the rotor cracking from the core.
• Within five weeks for a valve stem that we currently didn’t offer, we were able to reverse engineer, manufacture the stem and have it molded to meet the scheduled maintenance shutdown.
• Stainless Steel exchange parts program (stems, back plates, stub shafts)
