Executive Team
Kevin Liles, CEO of KevDar High Purity Components, is former Executive Vice President of Warner Music Group and the former President and CEO of Def Jam Records. He currently serves on many Corporate Advisory Boards and Boards of Directors, including the NFL Players Association advisory board, Ogilvy & Mather, Harbor Bank, Healthcorps, as well as many others. Kevin is the best selling author of “Make It Happen-From Intern to President” and his philanthropic initiatives include the Make It Happen Foundation and Kevin Liles for a Better Baltimore.
Additionally, Kevin is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, the preeminent organization that recognizes the strengths, success, contributions, and impact of African-American corporate business leaders.
Darrin Oppenheim, President - Mr. Oppenheim has over twenty years
experience in the sanitary processing industry. Mr. Oppenheim was owner & founder of DSO Fluid Handling Co., Inc. and was responsible for all sales and marketing and in house manufacturing. He also oversaw tremendous growth from a one person company in 1994 to almost 20 employees a few years later. DSO was sold to Alfa Laval in 2007 and Mr. Oppenheim took the position of National Sales Manager, wherein he was responsible for sales and marketing until June 2010. Prior to founding DSO, Mr. Oppenheim was the VP of Sales and Marketing for Apex Packing & Rubber Co., Inc. and has been a member of FISA (Food Industry Suppliers Association) for over 20 years.
Erika Liles, Vice-President of Operations- Prior to KevDar, Erika Liles spent over thirteen years in pharmaceutical and medical device sales and marketing at Johnson & Johnson. Throughout her career, she has held many positions; Sales Representative, Hospital Account Representative, Region Training Manager, and Region Business Manager. Ms. Liles has documented success in delivering business results, strategic marketing, and brand management. Ms. Liles was responsible for increasing sales in markets with books of business upwards of $60 million. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Ms. Liles held the title of Financial Analyst for Bank of America working in Mergers & Acquisitions, Funds Transfer Pricing, and Mortgage Finance.
Tony Todaro, Customer Service – Mr. Todaro has over 36 years experience in the sanitary processing industry. Previously he worked for Midlantic Flow Components, where he was in customer service primarily selling sanitary fittings. Prior to that, Mr. Todaro worked for over thirty years at Apex Packing & Rubber Co., Inc. as a customer service representative.
